You have the following payment options:
PayPal
PayPal is the world’s leading online payment service. With PayPal, you can make online payments securely, quickly and free of charge by direct debit, bank transfer, credit card or from your PayPal balance. You can open your personal PayPal account via https://www.paypal.de/anmeldung. Your PayPal account will be debited upon completion of the order.
Klarna
With Klarna you can pay conveniently and securely online. Klarna offers various payment options, including purchase on account, payment by instalments and instant bank transfer. You can find more information at https://www.klarna.com/de/.
Shipping information
For a shopping basket value of up to 40.00 euros, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 6.50 euros within Germany. If the value of your shopping basket exceeds 40.00 euros, we ship free of charge throughout Germany. Delivery is only possible to Germany. Deliveries to German islands are currently only possible with Hermes. With standard shipping, you have the option of delivery to a DPD or Hermes parcel shop. We dispatch from Monday to Friday. The delivery time is approx. 2 to 4 days. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that our dispatch team has received your order. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking information. The shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.
