Cooking instructions

Sort and wash the lentils. Then leave them to soak in sufficient water (approx. 3 to 4 times the amount of lentils) for approx. 12 hours. After soaking, cook the lentils for approx. 15 mins. until they reach the desired consistency. Please note that the cooking time will increase to approx. 30 minutes if the lentils are not soaked. Note: hard water and cooking additives, such as salt, can increase the cooking time.
