WURZENER fine pearl barley is made from high-quality barley. Careful peeling, polishing and pearling give it its typical fine pearl shape. It contains valuable fibre and is naturally low in fat. Thanks to its neutral taste, it is the perfect partner for your kitchen. Use our fine pearl barley in soups, in veggie burgers, for a creamy risotto or in desserts.

Cooking instructions

For 4 portions: add 200 g of fine pearl barley to 1.5 litres of boiling salted water, bring to the boil briefly and leave to swell over a low heat for approx. 25 mins. Then rinse with cold water, drain and prepare as desired.
