Pasta made from 100% durum wheat semolina with mushrooms.

Preparation on the stove

Pour 400 ml cold water into a pan, stir in the contents of the bag and leave to boil uncovered for approx. 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until the pasta has the desired consistency. At the end of the cooking time, stir in 1 teaspoon of oil for flavour and leave the pasta to infuse briefly, stir again and serve. Hard water can prolong the cooking time.

Preparation in the microwave

Pour 300 ml of cold water and the contents of the bag into a microwave container and stir. Heat for approx. 14 minutes at 700 W without the lid. Stir at least 1–2 times during the preparation time. Mix in 1 teaspoon of oil at the end of the cooking time.

A quick tip: Stir herb cream cheese into the finished mushroom pasta and serve sprinkled with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!

Durum wheat semolina pasta with mushrooms

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, dried mushrooms (3%) in varying proportions (porcini mushrooms, black fungus, butter mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, button mushrooms), salt.
