Easy-cook parboiled long grain rice with mushrooms.

Preparation on the stove

Pour 350 ml cold water into a pan and stir in the contents of the bag. Bring the mushroom rice to the boil and simmer uncovered for approx. 5 minutes until the rice has absorbed all the liquid, stirring occasionally. At the end of the cooking time, stir in approx. 10 g butter for flavour. Leave the finished rice to infuse briefly, stir again and serve as a side dish with stir-fried meat, for example. Hard water can prolong the cooking time.

Preparation in the microwave

Pour 250 ml of cold water and the contents of the bag into a microwave container, stir well and cover. Heat for 7–8 minutes at 750 W, stirring occasionally and then refine with 10 g butter.

A quick tip: Stir herb cream cheese into the finished mushroom rice and serve sprinkled with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!

Schmeckt lecker nach Pilzen

Genau richtig für uns. So muss ich unterjährig nicht auf den leckeren Pilzgeschmack verzichten, bevor ich selber wieder sammeln gehe.
