Our WURZENER long grain rice is completely hulled and milled (i.e. it has no bran layer or germ). Its secret is firm and glassy grains that remain light and grainy even after cooking. This delicious classic has an impressively neutral flavour and elegant elongated shape.

Cooking instructions

1 bag = 2 portions. Place a cooking bag of rice in boiling salted water. Cook for approx. 15–20 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency. Note: hard water can prolong the cooking time. Remove the bag by the tab, drain well, tear or cut open and place in a bowl.
