Description

WURZENER parboiled rice is a top-quality long grain rice that is refined particularly gently in a special parboiling process. As a result, the rice remains light and grainy after cooking, does not stick and retains its appetisingly light colour. This makes our high-quality parboiled rice ideal as a side dish with meat, fish and vegetable dishes as well as in salads.

Cooking instructions

2 portions = 125 g. Bring the water to a boil and add a little salt. Add the rice to the boiling water and stir briefly. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, until the desired consistency is reached. Drain the water and let the cooked rice drain well in a sieve. Note: Hard water can prolong the cooking time.
