Our WURZENER top-quality long grain rice is hulled and milled rice with no bran layer or germ. This rice variety is characterised by its elegant long, white grains, which remain pleasantly light and grainy after cooking. Thanks to its mild flavour, our top-quality long grain rice is particularly suitable as a side dish with meat, fish and vegetable dishes, or for preparing rice stir-fries and salads.

Cooking instructions:

1 cooking bag = 2 portions = 125 g Place a cooking bag of rice in boiling salted water. Cook for approx. 15–20 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency. Note: hard water can prolong the cooking time. Remove the bag by the tab, drain well, tear or cut open and place in a bowl.
